- Convenes National Joint Executive Meetings
- Plans and Ensures adherence to National Diary of Events
- Monitors implementation of all building projects
- Represents province of Zimbabwe at International joint Executive Meetings
- Reports all National Activities to Apostle Board and Presidency
- Recommends new policy and policy changes to the Apostle body
- Communicates and ensures implementation of Apostle Board Resolutions
- Conducts onsite visits to Regions and church projects
- Protecting interests of church and its leadership through ensuring discipline in the church
